The Life Science Center Düsseldorf consists of
the Technology Center/Incubator and the Office
Building, with a combined floor area of approximately
21.000 sq. m. The offices and laboratories are
equipped to the most modern standards, aimed
at satisfying all your needs and demands.

One example of the high standards within the
complex is the 1Gbit/s data network.

In addition to the meeting rooms and an
event room with the most up to date
presentation equipment there is also a Cafeteria,
that alongside the classic function also serves as
a point of communication

All laboratory rooms are air-conditioned and, satisfying
the S2 Standard are therefore capable of meeting the
highest laboratory requirements that are associated
with modern biotechnological, biopharmaceutical
or medical technology work.

The complex also offers the possibiliy for Expansion.
The building design has a high level of flexibility in the
room division and layout.
